One week post 70.3
Well my mom came down to New Orleans this week for business and to visit so I took advantage of a rest week with minimal workouts. I snuck in a few core workouts, a 7 mile run, a 30 min spin, and that’s about it… I feel great and I am ready to attack my 140.6 training. My training starts tonight with a 30 min swim and a 2 hour spin in zone 2. Time to turn into an aerobic monster….
