A little Cooked… 1 year of Ironman Training
It’s been a full year of non stop ironman training, racing, and training, training, and more training.. I feel physically great, I feel positive, but this week is a little lighter (and I’m glad because next week is another brutal 20-23 hour week). With that being said, I definitely feel a little mentally drained this week and I’m a little distracted. I’m ready for the big day to get here.
